Shipping Policy

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER?

Eligibility:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition.

  • Final Sale, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned.

  • Must be purchased directly from Tweezerman.com or Tweezermanpet.com.

  • Returns outside the 30-day window or from third-party sellers will not be accepted.

Process:

  1. Start your return online using the provided return link.

  2. Enter your order number and email.

  3. Select the item(s), provide a reason, and follow prompts.

  4. Print and attach the USPS return label to your package.

  5. Drop it off at a USPS location or box.

Other Notes:

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Gift with Purchase must be returned if the qualifying item is returned.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Tweezerman may charge a 20% restocking fee for items returned in poor condition.

  • Excessive or fraudulent returns may be denied.

If Not Using Provided Label:

  • Include the order number or return form.

  • Use an insured postal carrier.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed due to quick processing.

  • Unwanted orders must be returned after delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Times:

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S. only):

  • Ground (USPS): $5.95 flat fee

  • 2-Day (FedEx): $10.95 flat fee

  • 1-Day (FedEx): $25.95 flat fee

  • Expedited orders follow 1–2 business day processing.

Holidays (No Processing):

  • Includes major U.S. holidays like New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Sent via email once order is processed.

  • May be delayed if order is placed after cutoff time or during non-business days.

Out of Stock Items:

  • Will be canceled from the order and a notification email sent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Not available. Shipping is limited to the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
